Messaging customers

If you want to communicate 1on1 with your Customers you can use WhatsApp by clicking on the chat message in the "Live Event Management" tab.

1. Navigate to the respective session and go to the "Live Event Management" tab
2. Find the chat message or user that you want to speak to
3. Click on the name of the user and you will be redirected to WhatsApp
4. You can now communicate with the users via WhatsApp

Note: this only works if their mobile number is a WhatsApp account.
